About eXtra


What is eXtra?


eXtra is a unique rewards redemption program which allows you to earn points whilst purchasing a range of Bosch Automotive Aftermarket products (excluding Bosch diesel products) or other participating automotive products from eXtra reward partners and redeem them for attractive rewards.



How does the eXtra rewards loyalty program work?


For every purchase of a qualifying product from any of our eXtra participating partners, points will be accumulated to your eXtra account. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to collect bonus eXtra points when you take part in our eXtra promotions.



Who can join eXtra?


All Bosch Car Service Workshops, as well as selected workshops, resellers, and distributors of Bosch automotive aftermarket products, invited by Bosch (in its sole discretion), in the Australian and New Zealand markets.



What will I get when I join this program?


If you’re an existing eXtra program user, your current points balance will automatically be transferred over to the new updated version. You will continue to earn points as you make purchases via our eXtra rewards partners and will be able to redeem them for any of our rewards from our extensive list.
If you’re new to the e
Xtra rewards program, the program is free to use and you will accumulate points as you purchase a range of Bosch Automotive Aftermarket products (excluding Bosch diesel products). Additionally, you may gain points via other participating eXtra reward partners and their associated products. Points can be redeemed for rewards via the program.



If I own a workshop, how can I register for the eXtra loyalty rewards program?


To register your interest for the program, simply click on "Register" on the eXtra website and enter in your details. Bosch will respond to your request within 3 business days.



Is participation in this program free of charge?


Yes. eXtra membership is completely free of charge.



How do I contact eXtra?

Why do I need to register my personal details?


We need your personal details to be able to send you the latest updates, news, promotions and more exciting content.



Can I transfer my points to another account?

No, eXtra points cannot be transferred to another account.



How can I change my user profile details? (e.g. mobile number, address, email address etc.)


To change your personal information, sign in to your account with your username and password, go to 'Account' and click on 'Edit Profile'. Alternatively, you can email the eXtra Customer Service Centre for assistance.



How do I change my password?


Please click on 'Forgotten Password'. On the next page, enter your registered email address or phone number. A push notification will be sent to you to reset your password. If required, you can email the eXtra Customer Service Centre for assistance.



How can I terminate my eXtra account?


To close your account, notify the eXtra Customer Service Centre via email. To help us serve you better, please include your full name, registered email and the reason for account closure.



How will my personal data be handled?

At Bosch, we recognise the importance of the personal data you have entrusted to us. The guidelines on how your data is processed is oulined within the Data Privacy Policy section of this program.



I received the "wrong password" message. What do I do?


Click on "Forgot my password". Enter your registered email address. A push notification will be sent to you to reset your password. If you require further assistance, email the eXtra Customer Service Centre.

If my registration request is successful, how long will it take to activate my account?


Once your registration request is granted, your account will be activated as soon as the account verification process is completed. Please allow up to 3 business days for the process to be completed. Email the eXtra Customer Service Team if you require assistance.



Collecting points


How do I collect eXtra points?

To earn points, simply purchase a range of Bosch Automotive Aftermarket products (excluding Bosch diesel products) or other participating automotive products from eXtra reward partners. Visit the "Products" and "Partners" menu options for more details. eXtra points are automatically credited to your eXtra account at regular intervals. You can view your points at anytime.


 

How many points can I earn per qualifying product purchase?


eXtra points are earned by qualifying product purchase and based on quantity. Refer to the "Partners" menu option for more details.



When will eXtra points be credited to my account?


Points earned from the previous month/quarter will be credited to your account in the next month/quarter. You can check the points transactions in your account details. If you have a query regarding your account, email the eXtra Customer Service Centre. 



How do I check my points?


To see your points balance, sign into your account with your username and password and go to 'Account'.



I am missing points. Where are they?


After checking your account balance carefully, if you think that there are missing points, you can email the eXtra Customer Service Centre for assistance.

   

Is there a maximum amount of points that I can collect?


No, there is no limit as to the amount of points that can be collected. Athough, if not redeemed in time, points will expire after 18 months. For example, points earned on 1 Jan 2024, will expire on 1 July, 2025 and so on.



Do my points expire?


Yes, if not redeemed in time, points will expire after 18 months. For example, points earned on 1 Jan 2024, will expire on 1 July, 2025 and so on.
eXtra will notify you of any points that are due to expire in order to remind you to make a redemption in time.



Can expired eXtra points be recredited to my account?


No, expired eXtra points can't be recredited to your account. The process of points expiration is an automated system process and can't be reverted. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have redeemed your eXtra points in time before they are due to expire. 



Rewards redemption


Are there any shipping costs?


We are happy to provide shipping free of charge to our valued customers.



Can I redeem multiple rewards at one time?


Yes, as long as you have enough points, you can redeem multiple rewards at the same time.



Can the reward(s) be delivered to other countries?


No. Rewards can only be delivered to the address that you have provided in your account profile details.



When can I redeem my points for rewards?


You can redeem points as soon as you have accumulated sufficient points on your account for the reward of your choice.



What can I redeem my points for?


You can redeem a choice of more than 250 rewards in diverse categories such as tools, home appliances, lifestyle and electronic devices. You can view the full list of rewards over at the “Reward Catalogue” after log in.



How can I make a redemption?


Please go to "Rewards" page. Select your reward that you wish, add it to "Cart", and click "Redeem".



How can I track my order after redemption?


You can track your order under 'Account' and 'Order History' once it has been processed.



How long will it take to receive my order?


Please allow up to 4 weeks for your reward/s to reach you. You can track the delivery status along the way. You can also email the eXtra Customer Service Centre for assistance.



Why can't I add rewards into my shopping cart?


You can only add rewards into your shopping cart when you have enough points to redeem the reward/s. If you require further assistance, email the eXtra Customer Service team. 



Can I redeem my eXtra points for cash?


No, eXtra points can't be redeemed for cash or be "cashed out". There are more than 250 attractive prizes in the rewards catalogue to choose from to make a rewards redemption. Refer to the "Rewards" menu option to view the items.



Is it possible to make an additional payment to receive a reward that has a higher point value?


No, currently it isn't possible to make an additional payment to receive a rewards that has a higher point value.



Who do I contact if I've received a faulty order?


If you have received a faulty item, please email the eXtra Customer Service Centre.



Can I return the eXtra reward/s if I change my mind?

It is not possible to return an eXtra reward if you changed your mind.



Technical issues


I am unable to load the page due to display issues. What is the problem?


First establish if you have a stable and secure internet connection. If yes, close down the page and try to relaunch it. You may also email the eXtra Customer Service Centre for assistance.



Why are my emails notifications from eXtra displayed on my screen with errors?


The correct display of emails/notifications depends on the individual setting of your email client/browser.
E-mails from eXtra are sent in HTML and TXT format. If you are unable to view our formatted HTML mail correctly (i.e. broken images, strange size, missing texts), please change your browser to allow TXT emails only.

What hours does the eXtra Customer Service Centre operate?


The eXtra Customer Service Centre operates between 10.00 - 16.00  AEST Monday to Friday. The centre is closed on Australian Natiional Public Holidays.
